I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the location is fantastic with clear waters for snorkeling, and the entertainment was enjoyable. However, the service had its flaws with some staff being unprofessional, and the dining options were hit or miss. The rooms also need some serious updates and attention to maintenance.
